  1. RUN
good Nauset Beach, Orleans, MA 3.25 mi 00:30 09:13 pace

Ran on Nauset Beach today around low tide. Gotta do beach runs at low tide when the sand is its firmest. Felt good the whole time, 15 out and about 14:30 back, so I ran straight for the last 30 and... read more

  2. walk
good Colchester, CT 3 mi 00:40 13:20 pace

No run, wanted to take the time to eat and hang out with Sarah :)

  3. FIT
good Old Newgate Prison, East Gran... 5 mi 01:48 21:36 pace

Great views and trail. Jeff and I stopped a few times for water, talking to other hikers, and enjoying the view, and that's included in the overall time. Awesome time though.

  4. RUN
good Enfield, CT 3.35 mi 00:31 09:08 pace

Ran with Jeff today around his house. He thought this route was 3 miles, and after I told him he was crazy because I knew my pace and that this was definitely more. I was glad it was more, because ... read more

  5. RUN
good South Glastonbury, CT 3.3 mi 00:31 09:32 pace

Two big hills in this run, the first is 0.6 miles and the second is 0.5 miles. The first is "gradual" (bahahaha), and when I say that I mean it's more so than the second hill, which ... read more

  6. RUN
good Glastonbury Center, CT 4.34 mi 00:39 08:59 pace

Ran from the library to GHS, onto the campus a bit, then back. Felt a bit tired at first but then didn't feel awful, so overall a decent run.

  7. RUN
good Great River Park, East Hartfo... 2.4 mi 00:20 08:24 pace

Ran at Great River Park in East Hartford. Beautiful view along the water. Kinda sketchy with guys hollering at me.... they were more annoying than imposing so I wasn't too thrown. Short today ... read more

Why is it that if you just walk down the street no one says anything to you, but then the second you are running it's like all deceny goes out the door and people feel like they can yell what ever they want.... Good run though!

  8. RUN
good Glastonbury Center, CT 3.43 mi 00:29 08:31 pace

Almost didn't get a chance to run today because of thunderstorms. But got one in just as it was getting dark. Still VERY muggy, but at least it was cooler, so I was sweating a lot but not dyin... read more

  9. RUN
blah Glastonbury Center, CT 3.51 mi 00:32 09:01 pace

Ran with Hannah today, but I died. I was pretty dehydrated and I just felt gross (kind of the story of my life this week). I'll just keep gutting through it and I'll come back around on s... read more

  10. RUN
alright JB Williams 4.4 mi 00:38 08:44 pace

Sort of a guess on the distance, but ran with Hannah from WPI today (also an intern at P&W). She's getting in shape for the XC team at school, and I'm just someone she can run with th... read more

  11. RUN
blah South Glastonbury, CT 3.3 mi 00:29 08:38 pace

Ugh. Died on this run, but that's because I was running less than 9s on an insanely hilly run. About .75 mi of downhill, then a stretch of flatt, then .75 mi uphill, then turn around (so .75 d... read more

  12. RUN
great Glastonbury Center, CT 5.05 mi 00:45 08:54 pace

I forgot how much I loveeee running in the rain! It started raining literally as I walked out of the car. Then I started and by mile 1 it was POURING. I didn't go too hard either because I was... read more

  13. RUN
good Airline Trails 4.2 mi 00:36 08:29 pace

CRUUUUUISED. This run was slightly uphill out, and slightly downhill back. I cut almost 2 minutes off of the return trip. Mega negative = me happy.

I go to Vernon rails to trails and its the same way. It such a great way to run cause you just have to make it to the half way point then it's so easy after that.

Yeah the Airline Trails (East Hampton, Colchester, Lebanon) are all slightly downhill towards a river that intersects it, so every run is that way. And I had exactly the same thoughts, just gotta get to halfway.

  14. RUN
good JB Williams Park 3 mi 00:25 08:21 pace

It was hot and humid, even in the trails. But it was a good run, and I was surprised by my time despite how I was feeling.

  15. RUN
Glastonbury Center, CT 3.83 mi 00:34 08:51 pace

Little bit of tweaks in the back and knee on this run, back in mile 1 and knee in mile 3. But nothing too bad. Took it a easier pace today just to get some miles in but not to tire myself out. Toda... read more

  16. RUN
alright Glastonbury Center, CT 3.5 mi 00:30 08:34 pace

Felt tired today but hit a decent pace for the run. Basically just ran wherever today to make it the full 30 minutes, then just mapped it out to check the distance.

  17. RUN
good JB Williams, Glastonbury, CT 5.5 mi 00:50 09:01 pace

Ran with Rebekah and Shannon, who were doing long runs of about 10-12 miles. 3 loops at JB Williams (trails, bit of hills on each) then ran 2.5 on roads after, 1.25 of which was on my own. Had fun,... read more

  18. RUN
good Glastonbury Center, CT 3.83 mi 00:33 08:33 pace

Ran a new route today and felt good, probably because it wasn't insanely hot. Definitely the coolest run I've had so far for the past few weeks.

  19. RUN
good JB Williams Park, Glastonbury... 3 mi 00:25 08:26 pace

This place isn't flat, so I'm astounded at how I did. My paces are all over the place, but at least it's a definite correlation of faster :)

  20. RUN
good Rocky Hill, CT 5.5 mi 00:49 08:58 pace

Longest run yet in my "reborn running" era. And also couldn't believe how fast I went besides the point. Ran with my HS coach's daughter, who I love. She's insanely intelli... read more
