I'm starting the Runner's World training for beginners. My husband and I did this 2 years ago and were successful, but for some reason after the big 5k we quit. Anyway, my body looks and feels different, in a not so proud of way, so I run. I run for my health, for my future, for my life. Today, day 1 was good. 5 min warm up, 30 min walk/run, 5 min cool down. I liked it. I'll go again tomorrow!
