      Great 8.5, Katie. I used to have achilles problems a lot before I switched to midfoot strike/minimal shoes. If you keep having problems, you might want to think about it. :-)

      Sorry to hear that. I feel at my best for morning workouts. Perhaps it's sleep or food. Might try 8 hours of rest and a banana before the run if you can. Nice run.
