      My hamstrings were tight from the hill too then crossfit didn't help either. Sorry about the run this morning

    great Fairview Canyon 4.76 mi 00:51 10:42 pace

    10,000 ft. elevation test run with my friend. Getting our lungs used to the high elevation and our muscles conditioned for the steep incline. So thankful to have a training buddy. Love you Abbs!

      @Steph, it's the Skyline Half Marathon. Up at 10,000 ft elevation. I think i'm gonna die! :)
