      Thumbs-up to any "excellent" run! Glad to hear it was enjoyable. BTW, I'm loving your Zumba videos. They got me to go find a Zumba class up here. But I still miss your classes! Maybe I'll make it to the next potluck or to a Thursday eve class, in the next month or so.

      Hey Arah! Miss you and could so use some of your Yoga!! I'm glad I'm still able to fit some runs in lately, I miss it so much! Though there's only enough time and energy to go around :p I'd LOVE to have you down to our studio for some Zumba and potluck! Hope to see you soon, still on the look out for your mother in law :)

      Maybe I'll bring her along when I do come down for Zumba. In the class I've been attending, there have been a few Bollywood/Bhangra songs. I wasn't aware that some of my limbs could articulate in that manner! Super fun.

      Yes for sure, we have so many mother daughter, sister groups in our class (including my own Mom and sisters :). I love Bhangra, I wish I had more routines, when you come remind me to sneak a Bhangra in. Have a fab day Arah!!
