    Topped off a (sleepy) productive Saturday by getting back on schedule with the lifting after 2 rest days in a row.

    Had access to some machines today, so I took advantage and fully destroyed my upper body. Makes me miss the gym and having equipment at my disposal!

    good Memorial day circuit

    Would've been all too easy to chalk today up for a holiday. Snuck in a workout after dinner though and upped my weights to make sure I remember its worth it-staying on track!

    312 ft elevation gain. Fun mix of a solid climb, single track and technical. Great freaking ride.

    Popped a DayQuil Sinus, which helped clear my head just enough to get in a body workout circuit before letting myself crash for the day. Who gets sinus infections in the spring/summer??

    Elevation gain 447 ft . Hill practice is good, clip tension is loose so i was battling that. All in all, glad to clip back in, despite sucking wind more often than not.

      Oh I had the tools. I managed to loosen the dang things with the wrong sized wrench. Couldn't tighten with that same wrench.

    Yard work (for cardio??) And pushed myself to stay on track with some arm work. Done and done. Now beer.

    Free baseball tickets last night mean doubling up on workouts today. Took advantage of a morning at home and knocked out yesterdays planned chest workout. Legs round 2 tonight!

      Thanks! I almost didn't do it, but I somehow managed to fit them both in and have time for a nice breakfast, coffee and swear at the groundhog session afterwards.

    Legs are still tight, but I promised myself some cardio this morning, courtesy of a late start. Kept it lite amd simple to burn through 20 minutes.
