      Speedster. Some people are starting to train for 5k's that way now. Running 1/2 or 2/3s of race distance at target race pace.

    First time doing 800 m intervals and my first time doing active recovery (running recovery). Stomach felt terrible, but run went great!

    Active recovery day after yesterday's mud run. An hour on the bike + lifting...

    Perfect fall day here! I feel a little guilty for not running! I do plan on making autumn oatmeal cookies though!

    6.2 miles of mud... 23 obstacles...

    Fastest course time was 72 minutes (and he had no people in his way and was trained by the Army). I finished in 1 hour, 25 minutes. Pretty awesome!
