Made it about 1.5 mi before my knee started hurting. Pretty sure it's my IT Band and not meniscus as it was hurting all the way up to the front part of my hip. Not sure how I'm going to be able to run Rock n Roll NOLA :(


Oh NO...rolling isn't helping? Is it where your running...canted roads?? have you tried the knee collar/ITB support ring?? I used it last year when I 1st started running long distance and it helped...

I've been running at the local park the last several times to makes sure it was from cambered roads. Have been doing exercises PT gave me. Even ran in my knee brace today. I'm going to try again Wed and try using the actual ITB strap. Only thing I can think of is possibly because there's so many turns... On the positive side I got to use my Garmin 910 for the first time!
