I have mastered speedwork denial. 1 mile into my run, I made a last-minute decision to do the marathon pace workout that I skipped on tuesday: 7.5 miles total with 5 miles @ marathon pace avg 7:47. No anticipatory grief when paced runs are spur of the moment! (only problem was I wasn't sure how many PMP miles to do) Good enough ;-)
