At first I tried to get on the treadmill but that didn't feel so good. So instead of risking injury, I decided to do the elliptical. After my workout my legs didn't hurt at all. Well, they felt like I worked out but not the pain that I get when I run on the treadmill. I wonder if running outside would be ok. I will have to try this weekend.
