      Sometimes we have days where life gets in the way of our workouts. I have 2 days a week where I work 12 hr shifts and get home 8pm. On those days I just tell myself if I feel tired I wont beat myself up if I dont exercise, and usually I will feel like just doing a 2 miler. Just do what you can with the situation youre in and I hope it changes for you soon

      Remember its for the long haul so some weeks are lighter than others. When I started back running about 2 years ago, the only time I had to run was at night. So I started running at 8:30 or 9:00 at night. It was tough to get started, but it was great once I was out.

      Guys...this is serious. For those of you who know me very very well..I drink diet soda. I never drink regular. Well, I am desperate for energy here at work...the coffee is out...the donut shop across the street is closed. That's right. I have had TWO count then, TWO regular coca cola's this afternoon..........................I am in shock....most likely from how much sugar is in my body currently LOL. Thought I would share :)
