good Brookfield training run 11 mi 02:31 13:43 pace

Ok, I know the rest of you can run circles around me, BUT I am pretty happy that I did 11 miles! Brookfield is full of hilly areas (I think our coach tortures us on purpose!) and even though she says "the hill is your friend" I never see it that way! It was a beautiful morning, just hot where the sun was direct and this area is very scenic. And I could still talk and walk when I finished, so all is good! Now I know I can do that distance....just need to be able to do 2 more miles to reach the half distance!
