    Really tough run. I went the hard uphill direction first and never got my breath back. A lot of stopping to breathe.

    Did the sprints at the end this time which helped me get further overall before my lungs really started protesting. Walking breaks on many hills.

    Horrible. My poor stomach and it was WAY too hot for me! Cut it short and stopped a LOT to breathe and help cramping.

    I kept putting off running because I was afraid of how hard it would be here, but I felt good! Really hard to breathe those last 0.20 miles though
