    Trail accesses at SMP and Barker were closed this am so I parked at a park and ran up/down Woodland Rd. Still safer than running on Renner where I have no sidewalks.

    I run for my emotional health as much as my physical health. Today was a bad run physically. Not so much my calf (mild discomfort), I was just physically tired. But a bad run is better than no run!
