      Yes, this weather definitely requires more hydration through the day! I put cucumber in my water and that helps me drink more. I also sweat a ton so i make sure I eat some extra pickles, chips etc to help add more sodium since I lose so much of it! glad you made it back ok. Be careful out there!

    Hit the Indian Creek Streamway for my long run. Got caught in a rain shower which felt good then the humidity took over. Took it really slow.

    Took Millcreek streamway from Barker rd access north towards river. Its a stepback week so not a really long run today which is good because I need to work on hydration and acclimating to the heat.
