    Missed getting up this am so had to settle for warm evening run. 85 degrees and 52% humidity. It could have been worse and will be as summer moves along.

    That was miserable. 85 degrees and near 100% humidity. The only thing that made it bearable was that it was Shawnee mission park at sunset...my favorite place and time of day to run.
