  1. RUN
    3.1 mi

Got my run in. It was warm, windy and humid. Considering it's going to be cold, rainy and windy here in a few hours, I'll take the warm run! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

  2. RUN
    good Midland/Blackfish 2.1 mi

  11. RUN
    3.1 mi

Easy run/walk. Alternated running & walking. Trying to be patient and not rush back to running. Being pain free and building strength back up in hamstring is primary goal for this fall.

Walk this am followed by PT.

  13. walk
    alright 2.07 mi

Stuck to walking today. Hamstring is sore from running Sunday. Not sure if that's from losing all my fitness due to the injury or if its still injured.

  14. RUN
    good Midland Drive 2.07 mi

First run in 2 months. It felt great to get out and run again even though it was really slow. Definitely lost all my fitness.

  15. walk
    2.01 mi

Walked about 2 miles doing smoke alarm installations for Red Cross. Partnered with Edwardsville Fire Dept. Hoping back feels good enough to try easy run tomorrow.

  16. walk

Cleared to start running again starting this weekend. Too sore from treatment today to do anything more than just an easy walk.

had to take a week off from walking because my first attempt at a run a week ago resulted in a setback. Back is still giving me fits but the hamstring is showing signs of improving finally.

One of the bad side effects from my injury was lower back issues. I've been doing yoga to help with it. Bad back kills running!!! Hang in there!
