    Twenty minutes on the rowing machine first kinda wiped me out more than I expected and I was tired through this. I've been hitting 3 miles but couldn't squeeze a full 3 in today.

    There's only 1 rowing machine at the gym so since it was free when I got there I did it first and went for 20 minutes since 10 minutes didn't feel like much on Wednesday.

      Headphones are so important part of equipment and excuse for being late is understandable :) Nice workout and now enjoy free days!
