    It was cold and I was solo the whole time but my legs felt pretty good. Kept my steady slow pace. It's been over a year since I've ran this distance so feelin' good about that part!

      Ouch! Going thru the same crud, I would suggest some Mucinex D or similar, and drink plenty of fluid (not that kind, the healthy kind, aka water :-)
