Sunrise in Redlands 2.33 mi 00:27 11:29 pace
Considering the baby was up at 11pm, 12am, 2am, and 4am, I am BEYOND proud of myself for getting out of bed at 5:20 and getting this run in before work. Hopefully I can make it a habit!

RUN
alright 3.25 mi 00:40 12:15 pace
That's it! I'm getting new shoes tomorrow! I'm tired of being in pain on every run.

Oh definitely, I always get have the professionals advise me on what shoes to get. I'm going to take in my current pair to make sure that they're really worn down and it's not another issue I'm having (I don't think I have 300 miles on them yet).
