  7. RUN
    alright Redlands 3.13 mi 00:37 11:39 pace

  8. RUN
good Around town 2.4 mi 00:29 11:57 pace

This felt good despite very tense and painful hamstrings. I need to get back into yoga, or at least a regular stretching routine :-/

good A rare Thursday morning run 3.6 mi 00:39 10:52 pace

  12. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:23 11:30 pace

Quick run before an hour of Body Pump. I'm so happy to get back into weight training, even at the expense of longer runs for now.

  16. RUN
great Group run 8.3 mi 01:54 13:44 pace

Ahhh, the difference new shoes make. My shins/knees didn't hurt for the first time in weeks! Also, those Asics arm warmers are the best $10 I've ever spent - stayed nice and warm despit... read more

A proper fitting and in good condition pair of running shoes can make a difference. Looks like there are a few good stores in your area that specialize in running shoes... those are usually a good start to find good shoes.

Oh definitely, I always get have the professionals advise me on what shoes to get. I'm going to take in my current pair to make sure that they're really worn down and it's not another issue I'm having (I don't think I have 300 miles on them yet).

    good Long run, 12/30 5.72 mi 01:06 11:32 pace
