So glad it was weights day! I didn't have it in me to run. Hey, does anyone have problems eating peanut butter a couple hours before running? Umm...I'm just asking...


Great workout, nope i can eat peanut butter all day long every day of my life and the only problem is i get FATTER and FATTER and FATTER :0)

peanut Butter is one of my staples. I usually have PB and half a bagel before most of my workouts.

Yeah, that's what most people say. I was feeling a little...ummm....bloated while I was running and ....umm... burping up peanut butter while I was running and wondered why.

Problems eating it, or digesting it? I always have problems eating it - it sticks to the roof of my mouth. Nice weight workout this morning.

PB is the worst before a run. I feel like I have a brick in my stomach. Eggs are a close second.

Love the weight workout days--I have that tomorrow! I usually eat a scoop of PB before runs when I wake up early and haven't had a problem. Everyone is different though! Great job :)

Great weights!! I am OK with PB but I also only eat natural, no hydrogenated oils.

I have trouble eating any kind of fat even 2 hours before exercise. I think it depends on whether your body has digested most of it before demanding all the blood supply go to muscles.

Yay to weights! I sometimes look forward to those over the cardio days, too... Not sure about the peanut butter thing; I only have it for breakfast (in my hot cereal), and my workout are usually late afternoon, so it's never been a problem.

No the most I have is peanut butter on a slice of toast, I can eat 30 mins before exercise.
