    My hiking group is having a hike then big picnic afterward. It's sunny andd shouldn't be too hot today. So far, 56 people signed up so it will be pretty fun! :)

      Great workout, nope i can eat peanut butter all day long every day of my life and the only problem is i get FATTER and FATTER and FATTER :0)

      No the most I have is peanut butter on a slice of toast, I can eat 30 mins before exercise.

    I also did an hour workout tape that did light weights for my upper body and some good lower body work but with no weights. Glad I got it done before the 90 degree weather comes.
