      I hope so...I have a lot to burn! I think I'll use that more often..the machine seemed to think I burned more calories than the interval or cardio settings...

    alright The small Eli Whiteny loop 6.01 mi

    Sometimes, I was in the groove, sometimes my left achilles hurt, other times, my right knee hurt. It was HOT and HUMID, and I was drenched by mile 2. I did this run at lsd pace.
