      Swimming is such a great workout with little impact on the joints - don't say 'no' to a tri until you try.....yep, thought up that one all by myself :)

      Never snowboard before but have skiied multiple times. It's flat here in oklahoma and good skiing is 14 hours away!! Way to stay active~
