WOO HOO HOO HOO!!!! EXCELLENT. Top of the world :-) Figured out what I was doing wrong. First of all, can't keep hubby's pace, because I'm trying to run long distances. Also, early morning is best to avoid the intense sun and humidity and a few other tweaks and voila...5 miles ;-D
