      Katherine, to accomplish a sub 3:30 a mere 4 weeks after pacing me to a BQ, not to mention while injured is an amazing feat! You are so incredibly tough. Way to go!!!

    On ferry to Staten Island for the start of the NYC marathon. This experience is already unreal, and the race doesn't even start for 3 hours! So happy and excited!
