    I had to stop and walk twice because of cramping. I'm pretty sure it's because I was dehydrated. Apparently Diet Mountain Dew isn't a good substitute for water. Hmmm...

      I get that all the time. If I drink a soda a few hours before a run the run is usually terrible :/

    Went out this afternoon. A dog got loose and was running with Sam and me for a little bit, so we interuppted someone's Easter and they helped find the owner. Sam had a great time.
