Nice job. Having a kid makes it tough to get back to working out but the time off really re-excites you and makes it fun to get back at it. Be patient, but you will be surprised how quickly you can get back into shape.

Great to hear! The best advice I can offer is just to be patient. It won't feel good and it certainly won't be easy for a short time, but with perseverance you will get back to where you want to be. The best thing you can do is listen to your body and allow it to bounce back on its own agenda.
