    It was spitting a bit, but the temp was great. I ran the entire way, which is definitely improvement.

    Ran 1.5 and then walked/jogged back.

    Today is my first day back. It was hard! I made it a mile without stopping and then walked/jogged back. Sam just went with it.

      Great to hear! The best advice I can offer is just to be patient. It won't feel good and it certainly won't be easy for a short time, but with perseverance you will get back to where you want to be. The best thing you can do is listen to your body and allow it to bounce back on its own agenda.
