      Don't we all when we first get going. The more hills you do the less you will have to walk them....strength building workout. Well done.

      Here to motivate Sarey's niece. Those hills are hard but supposedly you are evenutally going to love them cos they make you strong. (load of bull cos I still hate them) What goes up must go down though. ;) Stick with it and it gets easier.
