good Shaking out the cobwebs 22 km

Single boulie. Turns out if you leave home at 8:45 on a Sunday you'll find yourself out with all the old men in yellow raincoats. At least I didn't get passed by any.
Good to get some exercise, but was really conscious of the rough road surface shaking me up on the way home. 22km was enough.
Ended up much happier and a littler sorer.

    I was chatting to my dad about sternum injuries, he said they just take a long time... Poor blood flow etc. :-( ...
