    I bumped it up to level 2....ouch my knees! I had to cut back more than I would have liked on this one.

      My toes go numb when my shoes are too small. I also have tarsal tunnel...like carpal tunnel but in your feet. Maybe you might need to change shoes.

      All depends on how signal "transparent" the roof is. I can get signal for my Garmin in my Garage... so, if the roof of the track isn't metal or steel reinforced concrete it might just get through enough to do a decent job.

    Was cool, but turned HOT like 80 hot! First 3 miles were good. Quickly went down hill. But better than sitting on the couch. (zeroed this out since the Garmin synced)
