    Back on the treadmill. An hour this time. Exhausted. Zzzzzz ....

    I've been posting notes instead of workouts, oops. So let's see, I've gotten back into bike riding and hiking up long hills. And ... weed whacking! Yup, it all counts.

  3. Hiked up a long, long hill just now. In my old barrio. No running, just easing back into it with walking - but I went a lot further than I thought I would. Whew!

  4. Second time weed whacking. It counts!
