      Thanks, Derek. The Osh Half Marathon is at the end of April and I'm just getting into training. Trying to kick some bad germs running through our house, though. Makes it tough.

    Did some cross training that involved several sets: three minutes of strength, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs. Broke a good sweat!
