  1. 9 miles general aerobic workout - started cold and sunny...finished in horizontal snow blizzard! Lovely...

  2. not very good at posting my training - just a little 5 miler today around the Bristol Downs. Steady run, beautiful weather, lots of joggers....

  3. Only 3.5 miles gentle run. Hill training tomorrow...can't wait!

    Went to dinner with friends last night - delicious quiche & salad but no carbs at all, late to bed and too much red wine - suffered today even though I had my porridge for breakfast.
