    Longest run since being in Addis. Lungs still hurt at the end and a little bit of a headache - altitude or pollution??

      Don't dwell on it... Happens to everyone...especially during the "dawg daze." Keep yourself hydrated, fueled and loose and your stride will come back!

    It was a beautiful morning for a run...but I was only able to jog about 20 minutes. Testing out my body after my knee was giving me some trouble last week...let's cross our fingers!
