    New route courtesy of Renee... Good loop with one tough hill. Felt pretty good despite some tightness & fatigue. Great start to weekend.

    My goal was 3 do I felt better than I gave myself credit for & did 4... Tried not to focus on mile per minute... Glad I did it... Dad's daily run reports provided motivation.

      That was hilarious! The parking irritated me, I was talking to a cop & he said they didn't arrange for traffic cops :(

    good Morning Run with Deb 3.33 mi

    Nice run around the center swapping Ragnar stories with Deb... Leisurely pace & left watch home. Just wanted to get back out & that felt good enough:)

    Final Leg = Pain in paradise 3.5 mi

    No idea on time... Freaking Garmin sitting nice & snug in my drawer... Felt slow & injured. Still passed 5 "kills" muhahaha... Very scenic. Ragnar 2012 was awesome.

    I got lost but I made a cute 20 year old friend who ran with me the whole way... and we passed 4 people. Despite getting lost we ran fast! Team TBN!

    I forgot my watch so best guess... Went well. Sand was interesting, tried to run close to the water for steadier ground. It's freaking cold. It's also 3 AM.
