    Speed work had a plan, but since Garmin didn't think 33% was enough battery I had to Fartlek the last few miles just to make them substantial. 20 mph wind was a gift after yesterday!

    Man was I tired. My plan was 15-18 miles, walk a little here and there if I had to. Hahaha, too darn pooped out!! I just ran a slow 14 and called it good. (My body thinks it was 18) ^,^
