    Decent run followed by 40 minute total body workout - been slacking with entering my miles.

    Finished the week with 25 miles - not bad considering it's really my first week back with consistent harder runs. Will need to start prepping for the Cherry Blossom 10 miler soon.

    Day 4 this week and legs still feel good - glad to be back on track. One more run tomorrow and I may try to sneak another in on Saturday.

    Good run - my body is finally remembering what it is like to have back to back tough workouts. Followed my run w/a Jillian total body workout - I'll surely be sore tomorrow!

    Early morning run before work - legs still a little sore from Saturdays workout but after first mile felt really good. Here's to hoping for 5 runs this week!
