Last week was my first week back on the roads after a LONG layoff. Now that my work life is returning to normal with the arrival of spring I should be able to become a runner again!

Phew, by extending this loop it becomes a tough hill workout. Out of the 49 minutes, 27 are up-hill. My hammies are a bit tight now!

Nice run. Is there anywhere you can run up there that isn't hills? I'm actually jealous, the best I can do here at sea level is an overpass or a bridge...

Haha...nope, hills are always part of the routine!! Sometimes I think that hills are easier because at least I have the downhills to recover, when you're running flats there is no recovery!! Good luck this weekend!

This is the fastest that i've run this route. I wasn't even trying to run faster but i just felt great! I brought along Army and he was so happy to sniff everything! Stretched good after.

Was definitely doing negative splits on this run...started slow, finished strong. I run best that way so I have to keep it up!
