Back in the day, I used to love running midafternoon in the heat of the summer. Particularly at Ft Sam Houston(San Antonio, Tx). Somehow I thought it was better that way(young and dumb). It was humid there as well.

Well, I realized I shouldn't have called it a 'ball' but I couldn't change it from my phone...
It's basically a small bosu made by j/fit, so half of it is flat.

It must be, because it is a 45 minute workout and I have yet to complete it. It is just a 5 min warm up and then several different exercises in 1min increments with no rest. My upper body strength just isn't there yet and my arms just give out... :)
