  3. It's been a long time since I have logged. I have an injury and it remains a mystery. I hope to have an answer soon, but in the meantime I am going to swim, bike, run! Sick of the elliptical!

    I'm back... didn't train at all for this ride and felt great. Time to put the running shoes back on!

    Trail Run... something I didn't train for. Roots and rocks everywhere. Even though it took me longer than anticipated, I am sold on trail running. So peaceful!

  13. Gearing up for tomorrow's triathlon! Having some anterior knee pain and inflammation. At my monthly massage, my therapist said no running. I will rest after tomorrow's race until I feel better.
