    Rode with sis and Aaron today (some fast folks!) - Newport/Orange Street loop. Felt pretty good despite not being on the road for about 3 weeks! Cross training really coming along for me!

    Ran to Signal Hill where Hill Street is between 15-24% grade. Going to do this at least 3 times a week. That ought ramp up the running. BOOM!

    Cross training seems to be paying off. Even though the pace seems a little slow, I felt really good running and know I can start taking it up a notch. Running is my nemesis of all the disciplines!

      Scott, the class definitely works the entire body! First 45 min is super high intensity cardio, moving legs and arms, then the last 15 is major core. 100 man-style push ups, mountain climbers, burpees, etc!
