      @Stacy, no that makes u a rock star!. @Jeremy yes it's just the wind that I hate. Although i'm not a big fan of the cold either but I will run in it. Unless it's FREEZING then I slap my crown on and jump on the TM.

      @jeremy..I had to have PT for three months last year. The physical therapist said it was one of the worst casses he had seen. I paid two hundred dollars for orthodics that I never wear. Let's just say I don't ever want to have a year like I did last year. If I stretch like crazy and take few days off, I can keep it under control.
