@jeremy..I had to have PT for three months last year. The physical therapist said it was one of the worst casses he had seen. I paid two hundred dollars for orthodics that I never wear. Let's just say I don't ever want to have a year like I did last year. If I stretch like crazy and take few days off, I can keep it under control.

This is my first attempt at swimming in a very long time. I thought I would switch up my routine. Truthfully im not to sure on how far I went. I did 17 laps. How does that break down in to yards? If some one who knows about swimming could let me know it would be helpful.
