It was a pretty tought workout even though few miles were covered. We warmed up 500 meters or so in the water. Had our full transitions set up. Did a short water, short bike and short run repeats as many times as we could in 30 minutes. There were lots of tips loaded-especially in the swim. First time running with the bike seat. Transitions were very challenging. Great workout! Coach Kitty's birthday was today. Celebrated afterwards with pumpkin cake and yummy energy balls.
