Janesville Tri Train Run

Schedule was for an easy 30 minute run. Ran at noon and it was a bit hot. Did not push it but focused on form and enjoyment. Was going to hit the trail next to the river but there was a long train in my path. I had no patience to wait it out so ran all street. Felt good to get hot and sweaty. 89 degrees with 13mph SW winds and 31% humidity.
