Left my Garmin at work. Yikes! At lunch I ran my scheduled tri train run. Run 1 minute, walk 30 seconds. Run 10 minutes. Repeat. Beautiful day for a run. I was feeling lousy and the run did lift my spirits. Got a good feel buzz while listening to WSP's "Traveling Light".
