    Schedule for the end of week 4 of tri training. Small brick workout: Bike (10min) Run (5min) X2. Set my Garmin for multi-sport but it didn't read. I hate learning techy things. Anyway the workout went well. Have not had time to read posts-have some intense personal and work stuff going on. Was able to volunteer for the Ragnar Relay yesterday. Our post was near Chicago. Lovely hot day.
