"Am I hurt or hurting?" This questioned has been drilled in my head by Coach Kitty. I am definetely hurting but not hurt. Did not sleep well last night due to leg, ankle and foot pain. Almost decided to do a second rest day, but hate the feeling of not doing some kind of exercise. So I decided to get my butt out of bed and swim. Glad I did. Swam slow and focused on my breathing, keeping my core up and upper body strength. Very little effort from the lower body :-) I actually enjoyed being in the water in my own little vacuum of life. Found myself tired most of the day.
