You're welcome! Thanks for being interested. I had a great time and my shorts ended up not ripping after all. I start the new job on July 10. I have a week off between the two so that'll be good rest and get-back-into-routine-running time.

Hmmmm I may tell you some thing you already know. But dry them out by leaveing them uncoverd as much as possible. You can also use rubbing alcohol two times a day to help harden the new skin. get plenty of rest we heal most when we are asleep. Good luck and happy healing Karolyn!

Nice work! The show will be great! All I know is that you aren't supposed to break them (if you can help it). Only cover it if it is rubbing on clothing or shoes. Take care!

I have no idea how I got some on both feet. And they are huuuuuuuge. I think I'm going to have to dance barefoot tonight. But I'm guessing this happened from my shoes being a bit too small because I noticed that this area that rubs against my foot is actually wearing off...

Awesome dancing! Sugar is terribly addicting! Easiest to start quitting is to get all of the sugary stuff out of the house. I just saw this article about it: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrition_articles.asp?id=1663
or I like idea of trading fruit for a sweet dessert. http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/kick-your-sugar-addiction

Start by getting rid of bad sugars and replacing them with good sugars. Instead of a candy bar or boiled sweets have a couple of medjool dates or figs. Instead of icecream have a small portion of greek yoghurt with blueberries etc. Look out for hidden sugars which feed your 'habit'. They often lurk in jarred pasta sauces, bakery items, peanut butter, breakfast cereals (and not just the ones you think) plus almost everything else that has been processed.

To make it difficult manufacturers use lots of different names for sugar. Google the topic and you will find 50+ different names.
