  10. Went to the IDEA Conference in Chicago and got the flu while there, so I was sidelined for a bit. Yesterday did 5k on the treadmill and felt pretty good.

      Thanks, Erica! I really am working at it. This week (when the weather was MUCH nicer) I ran outside twice for 3.6 miles each. It's HARD to run outside, but I know you know that :)
