First mile was great. I felt awesome and I was flying. Then the cloud that's been hovering over me since the half made its presence known and it was a fight to the finish. Happy that I got 3 done but so ready to *want* to get my butt out there instead of playing head games and forcing myself. I hope my head is in the game for Saturday's 5K.
