    Speed work. Ran 5- 400's with my running team. Did really well until I had a little malfunction with my running pants LOL

    65 degrees beautiful day to run. should have stretched a little more after.

    hit the gym after work to cross train. Did stairmill and weights.
    first time I have not run in over two months. felt good but I missed running.

      The garmin is bulky, but having the gps and heart rate all tied together made a big difference for me. When I ran my half, I was able to tell my pace for each mile, and adjust accordingly. I also use the unit when biking, and that helps alot (plus I can upload routes to various services such as everytrail.com) You can see one of my mountain biking trips here - http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=61060

      Which Garmin do you have ? I think they need to redesign there look.
      I am going to have to get there people on the phone with my people.
      OMG my last 5k I set my Nike + for the 5k setting so it tells you where you are at ?
      Forgetting I set it for 5k and not 3.1 miles I ran my heart the first mile thinking I was doing better the I actually was : )
