    Ran 4x200 over hurdles (for steeple) 3x1000 at 4:00-4:04 pace and 2x400 over hurdles. 2 mile warmup, 1.5 mile cooldown. Didn't feelt completely awful. It was one of my more quality workouts.

      Yeah, not sweet! because the 1500 is one of those races I get put in just so i'll have to run the next day. It's not my specialty. But oh well! I miss Steph hope you said hi for me

    I do not kid when I say this run messed me up. I have never felt worst after a run before. It was a 1 mile w/u, 5 mile tempo then 1 mile all out on the track. I think the heat was the worst part.... read more
