My goal is to drop some weight and feel better. I just lost -40 pounds and I want to drop another 15 -20 pounds. I'm mixing it up a little with Bikram yoga .

    Did Camelback ( the hard side). It was a really hard hike but we got to the top :). I missed yoga yesterday

    Class#11 didn't go so well. My belly was flipping and I had to leave class early. I still went. I may have been a little dehydrated !!!

      Right now I'm taking the 4:30 class M-F and when ever I can S-S. Come July, I will have to take the 6:30 class. My kid starts montessori summer pre school. Join me! It's on $25. for 2 weeks to start with and you can go everyday!!! I'm loving it and I feel amazing.

    One side of the room is much hotter then the other. I found my spot today. It only took my 8 classes

    Tonight was a hard class. I went to the really hot side of the room and I really got over heated. But lasted all 90 minutes!! Thank god.
