Went to Sharon Woods to put in 10 miles. When I arrived, I learned there was an 8 mile walking race, but there wasn't much traffic on the trail. After the first loop, I happened to see Barbara W. We ran my final 6 together before she continued on with another loop. There was a nice mist and the temps were cool. It seemed as if everywhere you looked there were turkey walking about. It was a nice relaxing run with some hills.

    Looks fantastic! Go easy remember the recovery and easy daily runs! Race pace is not for everyday! Otherwise, why race? You will be faster on race day, most of us drop tons of time...just don't go by my race today!
